Ballarat's heavy music scene is set to erupt on June 14" as Moshing Against Cancer takes over The Painted Lady for a huge daytime charity event. Bringing together a fierce lineup of local and regional acts — Fall and Resist, Primitive Deserters, Yeah, Sick!, Otrera, Ergasia, Autophagia and Two Steps Forward - this is a full-throttle showcase of underground heavy music with a purpose. Kicking off early (1:00pm) and running through the afternoon, the event is 18+ and designed to deliver maximum energy in a tight, high-impact format. Expect crushing riffs, relentless rhythms and a crowd united by more than just music. Entry is $20 at the door, with all proceeds going directly to the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research institute, supporting vital cancer research in Ballarat and beyond.
